With regard to your free gift, in some cases 2 units of FRESH care & protect were shown on invoices dated 04.11.2020. As announced in our News about launch of promotion, a maximum of ONE FRESH care & protect is being sent out with each order. If the wrong figure is shown on your invoice, we’d like to apologise for this error.
The aim of this promotion was to make this special product available to as many people placing orders as possible. That is why everybody is receiving only one FRESH care & protect – even if your invoice happens to say there are 2 units. We thank you for your understanding.
